It's the first time that I've come across any vending machine with ALL the items being sold out. Seriously, even though this vending machine is situated in a carpark at the bottom of the engineering building, can't they refill something at least? After walking all the way up one seriously need some kind of hydration... Man, I don't want to get a heat stroke or something like that... even plain water will do.
Seriously... nowadays it's hard to even drink a can of coke...
